Talent Program Overview:

This Talent Program is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage as it offers comprehensive learning and development opportunities, project involvement from an early stage, and mentorship from our team of professionals. It's a great chance to learn, develop, and become a leader in your field.


During the 12 months with us, you may go through a structured program where you will work on multiple projects across various functions such as Treasury, Accounts Receivables and Procurement. This will allow you a comprehensive learning and development track, regular feedback, and mentorship, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience across different businesses or functions within Siemens Healthineers that will enhance your skills and help you reach your full potential.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Working alongside the Management assisting with and managing communications with employees, finance institutions, suppliers, and clients.
  • Preparing presentations for management and key employees as required.
  • Supporting Management as required with travels, hotel bookings and expense claims.
  • Managing and carrying out secretarial and office work.
  • Managing meetings and ensuring a healthy maintained calendar Management.
  • Responsible for Management office internal filing system.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multitasking with self-motivation.
  • Manages the calendar to prioritize and resolve conflicts and to ensure all commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Prepares responses, correspondence, meeting materials, schedules, and other forms of communications for the Departments.

Your Qualifications and skills:


  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with a GPA with a minimum score of 3 out of 4 or equivalent. (Majoring in Business Administration, or any relevant fields of study.)
  • Recent graduate with 0-1 year of professional work experience.
  • Excellent command in English (written/ spoken)
  • Great communication skills, problem solving & collaboration with the team.
  • Strong intercultural awareness.
  • Passionate for learning with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Adopt an agile and growth mindset.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and Reporting skills
  • Must have the ability to observe and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be proficient, detailed-oriented and accurate to assist in running a smooth office environment.
  • Must demonstrate creativity, flexible, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems and in dealing with a variety of situations and conflicts.
