Purpose of the job
Leading Siebel CRM solutions Design & Development, ensuring they meet the business needs of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality.
Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.
Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.
Experience with Siebel integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, EAl, SOAP, REST APls), and middleware platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a complex environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
Job specification
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Master of Business Administration is a plus.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or relevant field.
Skills and Abilities:
8+ years of Siebel CRM development experience. Preferred 17+ Siebel version. Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality. Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods. Provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, issue resolution, and application updates. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications. Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM system, including managing records, user access, and security profiles. Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services. Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes. Experience with Siebel integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, EAl, SOAP, REST APls), and middleware platforms.
