We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Shipping Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in helping merchants seamlessly onboard to our Wuilt Shipments platform, ensuring they fully understand and utilize all the amazing logistics and wallet features we offer.Role Highlights:• Guide merchants through the onboarding process for Wuilt Shipments.• Explain shipping options, rates, and zone structures clearly and effectively.• Assist with the Wuilt Wallet setup and provide support on top-up and payout cycles.• Troubleshoot any onboarding challenges to ensure a smooth start.• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the onboarding experience.RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree.1-3 Work Experience.Basic Understanding of Website Creation and Website Builders.Attention to Detail and Good Problem-Solving Skills.Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).Ability to Work Within a Team to Achieve Goals.Must be Organized, and Have The Ability to Multi-Task.
