Job Description Services Supply Chain Lead - 0095HQ o Monitor and drive resolution of Customer claims generated by Field Services Supply Chain o Communicate to Supply Chain new product introduction plans & service termination plans (end of life) and associated impact on parts requirements. o Maintain lead-times requirements (deducted from Operations response time ambition by geography and by type of contract) § Remaining requirements for completion o Actively Drives Process improvement activities within the cluster and with Peers using the appropriate channels including Skills Networks, community tools and with the Global SC teams. · Deploy the Global Field Services Supply Chain Scorecard o With Cluster Field Services Leaders and Global Field Services Supply-Chain
