Job Description

SWATX is looking for a Services Account Manager

The Services Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships by ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent service and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery, issue resolution, and account management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage service contracts, renewals, and customer agreements.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and service metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within the services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services industries.
  • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer retention and revenue growth.
