Job Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Design:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
    • Design and document new or improved processes that align with best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
    • Create clear and concise process flows, diagrams, and documentation to ensure understanding and adherence.

  • ServiceNow Configuration:
    • Configure ServiceNow to support business requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
    • Customize ServiceNow to optimize user experience and streamline workflows.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Requirements Gathering and Elicitation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit information and clarify requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

  • Testing and Validation:
    • Develop and execute test cases to verify the functionality and performance of ServiceNow implementations.
    • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure satisfaction and readiness for production.

  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow usage and best practices.
    • Create user guides, tutorials, and other training materials.
    • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify areas for optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
