Service Engineer
Job Description
This role is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our company's products and systems. The Service Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the day-to-day activities with the concerned parties (Sales, Operation Manager, PMO, Purchasing, Finance, Vendor, and Customer) to ensure efficient implementation of the company projects on time within the approved specifications and the allocated budget. Perform Installation, Commissioning, and Start-up activities for GSD Projects Problem solving within his authorities or escalating to Operations Manager and General Manager if unable to solve within a reasonable time frame/budget. Communicate all necessary project purchases to the Purchasing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies. Continuously follow-up project execution in all stages until completion (invoicing and collection). Prepare and submit weekly activity/progress reports to the Operations Manager. Support and guide Junior Service Engineers and Technicians Continuous knowledge transfer.

• Practical experience in Control or Test & Measurement and Educational Instruments and Mechatronics Systems.
