Innovitics is now hiring for a Service Delivery Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes the overall responsibilities to manage the software projects and plays an important role in the successful completion of the projects. Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements.
Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Define, monitor, and report on SLAs to ensure that service delivery adheres to agreed-upon standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and support staff, to ensure timely delivery of services.
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact service delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and analyze performance metrics to assess service delivery effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Manage change requests efficiently, ensuring they are assessed, approved, and integrated into the project timeline.
Ensure that software products and services meet quality standards through rigorous testing and feedback mechanisms.
Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance, project status, and team productivity to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in software development or IT projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
Familiarity with programming languages, software architecture, and system integration.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
