We are seeking a skilled NetApp Support/Engineering Specialist with expertise in unstructured data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for certifying new code and features in the lab, conducting configuration testing, and addressing security requirements. You will also play a key role in designing new setups and enhancing existing clusters.

- Certification:
- Certify new code and features in the lab environment.
- Configuration Testing:
- Conduct configuration testing and develop implementation plans for delivery.
- Security Investigation:
- Investigate and address security-related questions and requirements through rigorous testing.
- Design and Implementation:
- Assist in designing new setups and implementing significant upgrades to existing clusters.
- Proof of Concepts:
- Execute proof of concepts and performance testing to validate solutions and enhancements.
- Documentation Maintenance:
- Maintain the health and accuracy of technical "how-to" and design documents.
