Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer timekeeping systems to track employee hours, manage approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage leave requests, update entitlements, and maintain accurate leave records in HRIS systems, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and return-to-work processes, addressing patterns or trends as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leave requests and adjustments, ensuring consistency and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to time, leave, and absence, providing timely and professional support through various channels.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  years of experience in HR administration, focusing on time, leave, and absence management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and relevant tools; fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Multinational Experience is a must
