Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, including data entry, payroll calculations, and tax deductions.
  • Validate payroll inputs, review reports, and resolve discrepancies.
  •  Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
  •  Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  •  Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and business teams.
  •  Collaborate with HC, Finance, external vendors, and auditors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Service Delivery.
  • Must have experience working in a Shared Services Center.
  • Must have previous regional exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll processing, and validation.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection policies.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
