Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Hiring Services: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, application screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, and coordination to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Recruitment Documentation: Prepare and distribute essential recruitment documents (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts, background check authorization forms) to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
Service Delivery & SLAs: Follow standardized practices and procedures in line with agreed SLAs, ensuring consistent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as background check agencies and recruitment firms, to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records for candidates, employees, and leavers across relevant systems and offline documents. Ensure data integrity, compliance with local labor laws, and adherence to data protection regulations.
Candidate & Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process and responding professionally to hiring-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems. Ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly to deliver a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
