Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
timely and accurate responses
to finance-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assist users with
finance system troubleshooting
(SAP, Oracle) and problem resolution.
Log, track, and document issues using a
ticketing system
.
Escalate complex issues to relevant finance teams when needed.
Collaborate with
IT and finance teams
to enhance finance system processes.
Provide
basic training and guidance
on finance systems and procedures.
Identify
recurring issues
and recommend process improvements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (desired)
2-3 years of experience
in finance helpdesk, customer support, or shared services.
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and ticketing tools
.
Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
.
Ability to
manage multiple tasks
, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
Fluency in
Arabic & English
.
High attention to detail and commitment to
data accuracy & compliance
.
