Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to finance-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist users with finance system troubleshooting (SAP, Oracle) and problem resolution.
  • Log, track, and document issues using a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant finance teams when needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance finance system processes.
  • Provide basic training and guidance on finance systems and procedures.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (desired)
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance helpdesk, customer support, or shared services.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and ticketing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy & compliance.
