Position Summary
At the core of Property Finder's growth strategy is the optimization of SEO processes and automation to drive exceptional organic traffic and revenue. We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented SEO Tools & Automation Specialist who can harness data and technology to streamline SEO workflows, enhance performance, and scale optimization efforts across our platforms.
The successful candidate will focus on developing and implementing automation solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SEO operations. The SEO Tools & Automation Specialist will collaborate closely with SEO, product, and engineering teams to identify key opportunities for automation, improve existing tools, and deliver innovative solutions that drive organic growth.
He/she will be responsible for defining, integrating, and optimizing SEO tools and processes, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results. This role sits at the intersection of technology and SEO strategy, providing an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our visibility, traffic, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage automation solutions to improve SEO processes, including keyword research, content audits.
- Evaluate and integrate SEO tools and platforms to optimize data collection, reporting, and insights.
- Collaborate with the SEO and product teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within existing workflows.
- Build custom scripts, APIs, or automated workflows to streamline routine SEO tasks such as tracking rankings, analyzing backlinks, and monitoring site performance.
- Ensure SEO tools and automation processes are aligned with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
- Analyze and interpret SEO data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Conduct regular audits of SEO tools, platforms, and automation processes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- \Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate SEO automation solutions into the broader technical infrastructure of the company.
- Train and support SEO teams in the effective use of tools and automation to enhance productivity and results.
- Stay updated on emerging SEO tools, automation trends, and technologies to continuously drive innovation and improvements.

Essential - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong technical SEO knowledge: In-depth understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Automation expertise: Proven experience with automating SEO workflows using tools, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with SEO tools: Expertise in industry-leading SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics).
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights to drive decisions.
- Problem-solving attitude: Innovative approach to solving complex challenges and optimizing processes.
- Collaborative spirit: Comfortable working cross-functionally with SEO, product, engineering, and data teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools, and apply them to benefit the business.
- Detail-oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis, tool management, and workflow automation.
- Proactive learning: Continuous desire to improve skills, stay informed on new technologies, and implement innovative solutions.
- SEO role with 4+ years experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
