Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Description
The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric experiences across various digital products. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are not only visually compelling but also functional and aligned with business goals. The Senior UX/UI Designer will work under the guidance of the UX/UI Practice Lead and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across multiple platforms and devices. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that UX/UI design aligns with business objectives, technical feasibility, and timelines. Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge and best practices with the team and the wider organization. Work closely with the UX/UI Practice Lead to contribute to the overall design strategy and vision. Assist in developing and reviewing design guidelines, patterns, and templates to ensure consistency across products. Participate in R&D initiatives to explore new design approaches and technologies. Collaborate with the UX/UI Practice Lead in the evaluation of vendors and tools as needed. Support the development of training materials and conduct user manual reviews. Conduct awareness sessions to explain design principles, project scope, and objectives to the project team. Review project deliverables to ensure technical soundness, adherence to scope, and alignment with customer expectations. Act as a design expert on projects, providing guidance and support to junior designers when needed

Technical Skills
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
-Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms and devices.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information into simple, intuitive designs.
-Experience working with agile development methodologies
-Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
-Strong understanding of UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
-Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
-Passionate about design solutions and willing to collaborate with the team to fulfill customer requirements.
-Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, with a flexible and responsive work style.
