What you'll be doing- Establish and maintain relationships with banks.
- Providing management with the monthly bank account statements.
- Managing cash flow and optimizing liquidity for daily operations.
- Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded and maintained in the system.
- Performing weekly and monthly bank account reconciliation on the ERP system.
- Prepare daily cash position report and managing daily cash balances.
- Collaborate with the finance team during monthly closing.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations.
- Assist in weekly forecast of cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
- Maintain appropriate balances across the different bank accounts to ensure availability of funds where needed.
- Handling all supplier payments according to the payment terms and ensuring availability of funds.
- Internal reconciliation of all customer transactions and balances with FinOps team.
Job Requirements- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting or Finance Major)
- +3 years of experience in Treasury Role.
- High analytical thinking and problem solving.
