Job Description
Raya Trade subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is currently hiring Senior Trainer.
Work with Retail Area Managers & Call Center team leaders to conduct training plan for the Retail department. Implement Training Plan per each year. Conduct training for all Call Center Agent and Retail Representative based on the plan Prepare soft skills and product knowledge materials (course outlines, background material, Vendor instructional materials, and training aids). Conduct on boarding session for all the New Hires. Providing training sessions about all Raya trade portfolio (Mobile- Home Appliances- TV’s – Laptop’s,..etc.) Monitor and present employees’ performance. Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing appropriate development plans.
Skills
Interpersonal Skills:
Proven experience as trainer in electronics industries. Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools. Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint. Experience with an e-learning software is an asset. Good time-management skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical-thinker and problem-solver. Complete
TOT program is recommended.
Excellent understanding of operation procedures.
