Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as a first line of support 


  • Handle the support tickets received across various channels within the agreed SLA.


  • Communicate with engineering team to escalate production problems , discuss the proposed solution and share technical logs 


  • Deals with various stakeholders (commercial , operations and engineering teams) to handle any issue.


  • Do the daily health checks and monitoring  


  • Provide guidelines and support to the other team members in their daily tasks 


  • Preparing detailed report for global incidents & share with management team


  • Analyze the repeated issues and abnormal trends and start working on


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS


  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.


  • 2-3  years of experience as an application/web support engineer.


  • Familiar with database ,scripting, APIs & basic programming concepts.


  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.


  • Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills


  • Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines.


  • Familiar with Agile concepts will be a plus
