Job Description

Duties
  • Receives all system issues from different stakeholders.  And troubleshoot the issue as a first line of support
  • Escalation of more complex issue to technical team or expert
  • Follow up with technical team to close all support cases
  • Follow up with service providers in case there was any issue with them.
  • Preparing documents and videos for how to solve the problem
  • Support business stakeholders whenever they face any system issue.
  • Investigates on reasons behind each issue, finds the root cause and communicates solutions to the stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-4  year of experience.
  • Experience in MS office is plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
