Job Description
The Senior Technical Presales Specialist for POS will coordinate technical and
operational pre-sales activities for our Point of Sale (POS) solutions. This
role involves transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to
customers through effective communication and presentations. You will assist
with technical account planning, support sales account managers, and play a
critical role in achieving sales targets by demonstrating our capability to
meet client needs and deliver proposed solutions.
RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a
related field (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the EMV field for
smart POS or ATM systems.
Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or support role in Fin-tech or
Banking sectors.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of IT regulations, laws, and industry standards, including
GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security concepts.
- Expertise in TMS, RKI, DRM solutions, and ISO 8583 protocol.
- Familiarity with network architecture, access controls, and incident response.
- Experience with banking flows, PSPs interfacing, and POS test environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
