Job Description

  • Take creative designs and adapt these ideas into actual products.
  • Prepare 2D design for and submit it for endorsement before execution.
  • Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite works.
  • Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.
  • Prepare the final drawings to be submitted to the client in accordance with the quantity surveyor
  • Reviewing design work, developing a action To ensuring that the finished product meets the quality standards of your company
  • Develop innovative design solutions, evaluate options, conduct tests, and implement solutions to meet timing, product cost and reliability targets..
  • Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, and customer needs
  • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
  • Cooperate with other department
  • Follow architectural trends and advancements


Skills

·        Bachelor of Architecture Engineering

·        3 -5 years of Experience.

·        Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

·        Excellent AutoCAD.

·        Primavera is a plus.

·        Revit is a plus

·        Excellent English Language.

·        Excellent MS Office
