Job Description

Drive talent strategies, performance management, and leadership development within our organization. Will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks related to Performance Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Succession Planning to enhance workforce effectiveness and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Design and execute end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Develop tools and training to enhance performance evaluation capabilities across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance assessment and feedback.
  • Design and implement KPIs across departments to measure individual and organizational performance.
  • Launch performance cycles, provide guidance, and support managers in driving a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy to identify and prepare high-potential employees for key roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership & HRBPs to assess talent needs and align succession plans with business objectives.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and create individualized development plans for identified successors.
  • Collaborate with talent management manager and senior management to identify key roles and create succession strategies.
  • Develop training and development programs to upskill employees for future roles.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of succession planning initiatives.
  • Work closely with different HR and leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Implement best practices for development, and retention to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Conduct talent assessment centers to identify skills gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Design and deliver targeted development programs to build skills and competencies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives through coaching, training, and mentoring programs.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure alignment of training programs with talent management goals.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to improve talent management initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance trends and succession program
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and industry best practices.
