Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Valify)

About the Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Valify, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel our growth. You will leverage your expertise in tech recruitment, screening, and diversified sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities



+ Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
+ Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
+ Develop and conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with the company's values and mission.
+ Evaluate candidates' communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for the tech industry.
+ Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
+ Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
+ Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
+ Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company compensation guidelines.
+ Negotiate salary and benefits packages as needed.
+ Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to onboarding new hires.
+ Handle the new hires onboarding process.
+ Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment efforts, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire.
+ Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements



+ 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
+ Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong understanding of the tech startup industry and talent landscape.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
+ Fluency in English is a must.
