Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
What will you do?
• Research, recruit, screen and interviews candidates for job openings.
.• Confer with management and supervisors within RIT to identify job duties and job specifications.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and participates in on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including employment fairs and events.
• Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Maintain data on recruitment activities, candidates flow, interviews, hires and transfers.
• Develop and maintain contacts with universities, institutes, and other public organizations to find and attract candidates.
• Manage the onboarding program for all new hires.
• File and maintain employment records for future references.
• Prepare reports as requested
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
