What you'll do:
- Work with business leaders to develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the goals of the business
- Conduct periodic meetings with business operating unit employees to ensure the policies and procedures are implemented properly in addition to reporting any feedback and challenges to the higher level
- Responsible for the hiring of white & blue collars through different channels (outsourcing option) and ensuring getting the right calibers in alignment with the job requirements, culture, and company strategy in addition to the outsourcing hiring
- Responsible for the internal hiring process according to the policy and in alignment with the job requirements
- Responsible for effective implementation of new programs and initiatives such as job rotation, succession. planning, high potentials, summer internship, and Management Training Programs designed by the L&D Team and participating in job fairs and career events
- Participate in developing and creating effective talent acquisition strategies, policies, and procedures
- Implement the on boarding & Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company newcomers
- Collect and analyze HR-related data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment. This may involve conducting employee surveys, developing recognition and reward programs.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
