Job Description
Analyses customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Technical Team Leader.
Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Technical Team Leader.
Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the Technical Team Leader.
Undertakes the implementation and coding of software
Assigns engineers and technician to undertake the installation activities and follows-up on their work.
Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
Implements the required process & suggest any adjustments that improve the flow of work.
Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the team leader.
Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project.
Provides feedback to the Technical Team Leader on the performance of Technicians as input into their performance evaluations.
