Job Description

  • Analyses customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Technical Team Leader.
  • Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Technical Team Leader.
  • Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the Technical Team Leader.
  • Undertakes the implementation and coding of software
  • Assigns engineers and technician to undertake the installation activities and follows-up on their work.
  • Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
  • Implements the required process & suggest any adjustments that improve the flow of work.
  • Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the team leader.
  • Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project.
  • Provides feedback to the Technical Team Leader on the performance of Technicians as input into their performance evaluations.
