Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Analyst with 4 years of experience specializing in CRM systems, front-end technologies, and API integration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery, with a strong background in working with RESTful APIs and API tools. As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and integrating CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across various business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM systems to align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work closely with RESTful APIs and API tools to integrate and streamline systems across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best practices in development and system analysis.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and integration processes.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
• Strong background in CRM systems analysis, configuration, and integration.
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and API tools for system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to system design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead projects and provide mentorship to junior analysts.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Significant experience with CRM systems, API integration, and front-end development.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, CRM platforms) are a plus.
