We are looking for a dedicated senior support engineer to ensure that our customers' technical queries are resolved in a timeous and satisfactory manner.
In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with application troubleshooting, resolving queries via our desktop support solutions, and escalating serious issues to the concerned team and lead support engineer in their activities
To ensure success as a support engineer, you should exhibit extensive experience in providing IT support to customers in a fast-paced setting.
Outstanding support engineers combine their IT expertise with exceptionally high standards in customer support.

Personal Skills



Maintain ownership and manage support case from start to finish Lead technical operations for an innovative Work on multiple linux OS installations and customer upgrades. Resolve network with vendor. Target specific issues and assist with resolution in the Linux/Devops environment. Train junior staff . responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the installation, configuration, performance, functionality, or compatibility of a product or service.

- Teamwork skills to collaborate and coordinate with other support engineers and teams; and learning skills to keep up with the latest technologies.

Education



B.Sc. in any discipline and an advanced degree is a plus.
