Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to lead key strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling large data sets, and the ability to generate insights, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable business recommendations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive impact across different lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for senior leadership, backed by strong data insights.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Strategy, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Own and refine KPI tracking to measure performance and support decision-making.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform Bosta’s growth strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar role within logistics, e-commerce, or tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports for senior leadership.
• Ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for logistics, technology, and scaling businesses.
