Manage and maintain both Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring optimal system stability, performance, and security • Execute system updates, patches, and configuration changes as required to keep systems up-to-date • Implement and enforce security best practices, including access control, system hardening, and continuous log monitoring • Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments, ensuring efficient performance and resource allocation • Oversee backup solutions, ensuring regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and reliable data restoration processes • Implement redundancy and failover strategies to ensure business continuity in case of system failure • Maintain and optimize IBM storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and high-performance storage operations • Administer HP servers, including performing hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and troubleshooting any issues • Conduct capacity planning and track storage growth trends to ensure resources are effectively allocated
