Job Description

Design product strategy and Study competition and market trends.
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Brief and train the sales force at monthly sales meetings.
Provide a detailed annual forecast (Revenue & GP) based on seasonality, history, market conditions, etc...
Maintain a healthy relationship with all of Raya customer base to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty.
Core responsibilities consist of Revenue, Net Margin, AP, AR, Inventory, Provision.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the vendor and provide a detailed report including pipeline, opportunities, tenders, stocks, etc…).
Provide a coordinated Marketing plan with the vendor to support product positioning in the market and sell out.
Design & launch promotional activities such as Facebook Posts, online Banners, printed media, sales incentive, TV & Radio ads.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Develop Marketing Plan annually and quarterly, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.
Design Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments.
Manage maximizing the use of Vendor Marketing Funds according to Vendor contract and system.
Weekly software and devices sell out report on Microsoft portals.
Provided Proof of execution to vendor to claims marketing funds.
