Job Description

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Market Retail by implementing all the day-to-day trading of the department by reviewing sales and stock and ensuring all in-season activity is focused upon delivering planned sales, margin and terminal stock objectives. Ensuring the correct product is bought in the right volumes and size ratios for the local market.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the Market Merchandising framework. •    Prepare in-depth analysis and use it to deliver efficient buy from Factory Outlet Range. •    Keeps track of Free stock list and ensure that timely stock list buys are done to avoid any gap in the stock and also support in clearing cancellation stock for MENA •    Specialize in merchandising systems and tools and eager to learn new systems to ensure smooth business operations. •    Expertise in stock allocation and amalgamation is highly required to ensure an effective stock management within the season, monitor and ensures smooth stock movement within the stores and DC. •    Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders. •    Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis. •    Planning & execution of promotional calendar & Markdown strategies, also plan &  reflect any need to change plans based on stock situation.  •    Keep a close track of inventory covers and forecast excess / under stock situation and amend buy / promotional plans to overcome it. •    Action the optimal flow of merchandise to store by closely working with SCM. •    Execute collaborating decisions agreed with key stake holders. •    Other duties as requested by your manager.

•    Field: Stores,  •    OMNI Marketing, Wholesale, Order book fulfillment/ Customer Service departments, VM, Finance.   
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Excellent command of English.  •    Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills. •    Strong work ethic willing to put long hours of work when required. •    Intermediate to advanced MS office skills (Advanced Excel skills is a must) •    Understanding of retail management system and back office system •    Structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills •    Ability to work within a team environment and under pressure.  
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•    University degree Marketing / Business/ Sales focus/ Economics  •    3-4 years merchandising experience –similar capacity
