Senior Sourcing SpecialistWe are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong ability to source and engage with high-caliber candidates across various channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.Candidate Identification: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.Candidate Engagement: Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates, creating a strong connection and promoting our employer brand.Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing criteria.Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitor practices to optimize sourcing strategies.Diversity Hiring: Implement sourcing strategies that support diverse and inclusive hiring practices.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key metrics.Continuous Improvement: Analyze sourcing outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-focused approach.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.Passion for talent acquisition and staying updated on recruitment trends and technologies.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
