Job Description

Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.
Monitor the implementation of business requests.
Develop solutions by researching current technology trends, gather requirements from clients, and propose new features to improve the overall experience
Lead the end-to-end solution implementation process for the designated modules.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements.
Gather the requirements, analyze the business need, document the requirements and validate the implementation and test the solution to ensure complete and accurate implementation before the customer review.
Configure ERP solutions to meet business and client requirements.
Manage data migration activities ensuring data integrity.
Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team
