Job Summary:SteelCon is currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. This is a full-time position where the Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site engineering activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilites: - Oversee day-to-day site engineering activites and ensure project compliance with design specification, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement site engineering strategies, work plans, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers , architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage and supervise the site engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorsip.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fie
- Has from 3-5 years of experience.
- previous experience in complex infrastructure or industrial construction projects
- Proven ability to handle budgeting and resource allocation
- Experience with cost estimation and project financial management
- Ability to work on construction sites
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software
Work Conditions:Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Work Location: The Courtyard Zayed, Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza
