5+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Service Delivery.
Must have experience working in a Shared Services Center.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll processing, and validation.
Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
