Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing, including calculations, reconciliations, and deductions.
  • Validate payroll inputs and reports prepared by associates.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees and business teams.
  • Collaborate with HC, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution.
  • Lead and support a team of Service Delivery Associates – Payroll.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Service Delivery.


  • Must have experience working in a Shared Services Center.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll processing, and validation.


  • Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.


  • Fluent in Arabic and English.


  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
