Responsibilities:
● Support the SEO manager in managing Arabic focused accounts in the MENA region, specifically targeted towards Arabic-speaking audiences
● Have an understanding of the different middle eastern dialects and the importance of localisations.
● Demonstrate advanced knowledge and expertise in conducting comprehensive keyword research and metadata optimization, while also taking ownership of regularly identifying insightful recommendations with clients to drive optimal results.
● Take a proactive approach and ownership of on-page optimization by regularly monitoring search trends and performance, collaborating with content teams, and producing high-quality, SEO-optimized metadata aligned with client objectives.
● Demonstrate exceptional writing, research, and communication skills while utilizing SEO tools and extensions to analyze on-page content.
● Leading and managing ongoing relationships with third-party content creators and publishers, leveraging expert knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy to identify and secure high-value link-building opportunities for clients.
● Conduct and review comprehensive technical analyses, including site speed and other advanced audits, to identify areas for improvement and proactively recommend and implement technical solutions.
● Utilize content analysis tools to consolidate and optimize existing content, providing strategic recommendations for effective redirects and leveraging content gaps to inform expansion opportunities.
● Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for clients in their respective markets, and develop comprehensive recommendations for how to outperform their competitors.
● Proactively propose new ways to optimize ways of working internally and externally.
● Communicate with clients and share deliverables when needed, and proactively engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
● Take charge of all client communications, tasks, and deliverables during the absence of the SEO manager.
● Create weekly and monthly performance reports and offer valuable insights and client advice based on the data.
● Develop presentations and design clear slides for business reviews or suggestions for new ideas.
● Contribute to discussions with peers on relevant industry topics on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the dynamic field of SEO, leveraging a deep understanding of best practices and industry thought leadership to bring new insights to the conversation.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, proactively communicating availability and prioritizing projects to maximize departmental efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
● Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including content executives and interns, in managing their workloads and priorities, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail and continuous process improvement.
