Raya Integration : one of Raya’s subsidiaries is Senior Security Engineer (Professional Services):
● Follow the project tasks plan for deploying the installations tasks upon the agreed plan & Scope of work in light of Raya’s standards
● Perform professionally the project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD and according to Raya standards
● Manage well-organized tasks’ assignments & know-how transfer to junior engineers
● Respond professionally to the dispatched Customer Calls within the time agreed in the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
● Commit to conducting the testing process as per acceptance criteria
● Follow up and monitor junior engineers’ performance and, by turn, efficiently report to the team leader
● Report accurate technical activities to the Security team leader
● Follow the proper escalation matrix if the Problem persists & efficiently troubleshoot and solve the escalated problems (Level 2) within the time agreed in the SLA.
Skills
• BS.c degree of Computer science/ Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience
• CCNA and CCNP Security is a must
• Strong practical experience on Cisco, Fortinet, F5, and Palo alto etc
•Excellent experience in building and maintaining security systems.
