Responsibilities:
- Lead Moderation and Support:
- Review and moderate leads who have booked trial sessions.
- Assist leads with resolving any issues before or during the free session.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth experience for the leads.
Operational Efficiency: - Ensure automation systems and workflows are functioning properly.
Lead Follow-Up Campaigns: - Create and send bulk follow-up campaigns to re-engage old leads.
Data Management: - Clean and organize lead data to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Ensure no duplication or redundant entries in the system.
