Job Description
Job Role:
As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic B2B relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the firm’s presence in the high-end textiles market. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and premium furniture brands to position the firm as the preferred textile provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the firm’s high-end customer base.
- Identify and build strong B2B relationships with hotels, furniture manufacturers, architects, and luxury retailers.
- Leverage Egypt’s hub to streamline supply chain logistics and cost-efficient deliveries.
Customer Acquisition & Account Management:
- Lead negotiations and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Deliver tailored textile solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Represent the firm at trade fairs (e.g., Heimtextil, Evteks, Domotex) and B2B networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Performance & Reporting:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Track KPIs on revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
