Objective:

  • Responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries promptly, and aspiring to deliver a positive customer experience.

What you'll do!

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to u management.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.

What should you have?

  • Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or any related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel
  • successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions For Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI.
  • Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sale cycle.
  • Building and managing a Sales pipeline and Achieving/Exceeding Quota.
  • Matching Customers’ Needs with Solutions.
