Job Description Objective:
Responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries promptly, and aspiring to deliver a positive customer experience.
What you'll do!
Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to u management.
Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
What should you have?
Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or any
related field.
5-7 years of experience
Proven track record
in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and
negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory
Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders
in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.
Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and
analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel
successful sales experience representing enterprise
software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions For Financial Services, Capital Markets,
and Banking.
Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI.
Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior
decision-makers and stakeholders.
Ability to manage complex sales with multiple
decision-makers.
Ability to manage internal resources to navigate and
complete the sale cycle.
Building and managing a Sales pipeline and
Achieving/Exceeding Quota.
