Apply now for the position of Senior Recruiting Partner MEA (f/m/d), and you will partner with all parts of the business to identify, attract and on-board the right mix of diverse talent and capabilities efficiently and effectively to meet Siemens Healthineers’ dynamic business and portfolio needs while creating a truly human experience throughout. 


Your focus:


  • Creating and driving strong sourcing strategies and proactive candidate outreach, strong candidate experience and compliant systems management, mainly in the field of commercial, sales & service and financial roles recruitment on a Middle East & Africa market and potentially other EMEA locations.
  • Understanding recruitment methodologies on a global scale and balancing global talent acquisition metrics against business drivers.
  • Advising hiring teams and bringing innovative ideas and strategies into the conversation.

Your role:


  • You will act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders and other internal organizations across Siemens Healthineers company with primary focus on MEA Zone
  • You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to create and execute against recruitment strategies and influence hiring decisions
  • You will develop sourcing strategies using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, social media, etc.) as well as build and maintain strong networks and relationship to develop strong candidate pipelines
  • You will act as the face of Siemens Healthineers to candidates, representing our brand and ensuring a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • You will drive diversity recruitment strategies that align with Siemens Healthineers’s purpose
  • You will partner to drive various TA projects as part of integration activities with Siemens Healthineers Teams

Your expertise:


  • You have several years of experience as a corporate recruiter or in an agency/search firm in the MEA market
  • You possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
  • You have understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies, as well as knowledge of sourcing and networking
  • You bring experience with recruitment sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems; Avature/Workday preferred
  • You have strong communications and change management skills 
  • You use the ability to influence and build partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally 
  • You have ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and recruitment engagements across different time zones
  • You enjoy working towards continuous improvement to create the best possible engagement
  • You communicate fluently in Arabic and English. French language is preferred
