About The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Recruiter – Tech Hiring & Employer Branding to lead our tech recruitment efforts and enhance our employer brand. This role will focus on identifying and attracting top tech talent while also strategizing and executing employer branding initiatives to position [Sylndr] as an employer of choice.What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements/needs to ensure attracting the right talents.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments.
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
- Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance Sylndr’s reputation as employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and People Team to create engaging content for career pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Plan and participate in tech meetups, hackathons, job fairs, and university hiring initiatives.
- Work on employee advocacy programs, testimonials, and employer brand storytelling to showcase company culture.
- Analyze employer branding metrics and continuously improve engagement strategies.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong focus on employer branding.
- Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, and data roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and sourcing channels.
- Strong understanding of EVP (employer branding, social media strategies & candidate engagement tactics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
