Join Our Rapidly Growing Team: Senior Recruiter OpportunityWe’re expanding rapidly and seeking a Senior Recruiter to help us attract top talent and shape the future of our organization.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.Partner with NAOS managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.Source top talent through:Job boardsSocial media platformsProfessional networksEmployee referralsReview CVs and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.Collect and document candidate feedback from interview panels in the system.Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback.Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment strategies.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes.Qualifications2+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role.Proven track record in sourcing high volumes of quality candidates using innovative techniques.Experience in lateral hiring within fast-paced environments.Strong skills in interviewing, negotiation, and closing.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance in recruitment practices.
