Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, combined with your strong relationship management skills, will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates at all levels
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate offers
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
