Now we are looking for a Senior Recruiter, you will be a part of our Global HR team. Your Impact on the Mission:
Sourcing and Hiring Candidates for different positions and levels for our subsidiaries in MEA region;
Using different instruments for recruitment: job sites and postings, career sites, social networks, networking, referrals, recommendations, etc.;
Contingency workforce cultivation: creating strong candidates’ pool for future hiring, establishing and supporting good professional relationships with them, presenting them to the leaders of the regions and establishing connections between them;
Participation in the Market mapping project to build talent pool and other TA projects;
Recruitment marketing: finding ways how to attract more candidates;
Contributing to the Global HR Team in charge of Talent Acquisition as an expert and professional;
Acting as a recruitment consultant for Hiring Managers, supporting local HR Head in terms of recruitment.
What You’ll Bring to The Table:
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT/software/tech industry and experience of building recruitment strategies and talent pipelines;
Experience with hiring international talent;
Fluent English;
Bachelor degree.
