Job Description
Assists the Organization in meeting customer quality standards, develop procedures in collaboration with projects’ teams, process improvement plan and QA/QC procedures, and applies the quality management principles associated with ISO-9001:2000, CMMI and/or any other international standards for greater competitive advantage.
- Assists organization in meeting Quality Standards and ensure Applying ISO-9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 18001:2007 and/or CMMI Standards.
- Develops plan and executes CMMI and ISO activities according to set targets.
- Coordinates CMMI and ISO activities with relevant units.
- Develops and maintains ISO and/or CMMI audit plan then conduct effective internal audit program on business units and/or GS projects as per ISO and/or CMMI requirements.
- Reports results of internal audits to process improvement leads and determines non conformity to make necessary corrections.
- Verifies effectiveness of corrective actions taken by concerned units.
- Prepares reviews and follows up new/revised documentation for adequacy including procedures, work instructions, etc.
- Participates in writing company processes as required.
- Prepares and participates in ISO and/or CMMI External Audits.
- Improves the processes by continual process improvement initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains Delegation of Authorities (DOA) within the company
- Provides Process Awareness sessions as required
- Follows up all HSE Instructions.
