Job Description
Primary responsibility is to ensure the adherence to quality standards, compliance with processes, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency. The Senior QA Specialist conducts internal audits, health-checks, and maintains the quality management system and ISO certifications across Giza Systems and its subsidiaries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful completion of internal audits and health checks on internal process and on-projects sites.
- Timely and accurate root cause analysis reports for process-related violations.
- Continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop internal audit plan according to GS internal processes and ISO standards.
- Conduct audits, health-checks, and on-site project audits to ensure adherence to processes by business users across GS and subsidiaries.
- Agree on audit findings' root causes with relevant stakeholders.
- Report internal audit findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective action implementation.
- Review and send report of audit findings to process owners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Apply document control for all processes, updating the Process Register Record and Gizawi.
- Participate in the new ISO accreditation projects.
- Develop all new ISO standards' policies and processes.
- Maintain the existing ISO certifications renewal.
- Handle all external audits including ISO certification audits.
- Prepare and review the implementation of the organization's quality management system.
- Handle the non-conformities that are raised from external audits and take the suitable corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Prepare the management review meetings reports related to ISO requirements.
- Develop/update process risk management through all departments.
- Investigate process-related violation requests, conduct root cause analysis, and provide process/system updates if required.
- Define/Update Company Policies with relevant stakeholders. Ex:DoA Policies, Procurement policy, Saudization, Data security and access permission ...etc. with alignment with BPM.
- Respond to Customers/Partner qualification assessment.
- Engage in Customers/Partner/Vendor External audits.
- Generate health-check/audit reports and recommend process/system updates if required.
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of processes by conducting continuous sample audits/health-checks.
- Send report of audit findings to process owners, and relevant stakeholders.
