- Propose quality controls, standards, policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks and tools to enhance test efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and faster time-to-market
Operational:
• Digital Quality Control
- Conduct in-depth analysis of software requirements and specifications to ensure testability, completeness, and accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to address any ambiguities or gaps in requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data, ensuring traceability between test artifacts and requirements, and supporting regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
• Digital Quality Assurance
- Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance the quality assurance process, improve efficiency, and reduce manual efforts, staying updated with emerging trends in the quality assurance field.
- Propose new evaluation methods to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality function.
• Continuous Improvement

- Seamlessly collaborate and work across multiple teams (internal and external) to develop and implement the solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior quality assurance analysts, assisting them in test planning, test case design, and troubleshooting complex issues, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
